Civic Association Election Results and Meeting Follow-up
Thanks to everyone who has committed so far to be a Cottage Grove Civic Association member! We're thrilled to report we now have 68 voting member households and 18 non-voting members, for a total of 86 members! 3 of those voting "households" are actually businesses - big shout out to Angela Patino, CitizensTruck, and Vida Family Medicine for their support.
Elections were held yesterday evening, and votes have been counted and audited. Here are your 2021 Civic Association leaders!
President: Ian Fortney
Vice President: Drew Wiley
Secretary: Katie Niemann
Treasurer: Rob Burke
Next, we'll be creating committees and appointing committee chairs. Stay tuned for more info!
Tonight (March 4), Civic Association leadership will be attending a special meeting called by Super Neighborhood 22 to discuss the I-10 Inner Katy Corridor project that will significantly impact Cottage Grove. We will update everyone as soon as we can!
